Our coaches provide support and guidance to help you stay motivated and on track. Your coach will help you recognize the different roadblocks and create a plan to overcome them. They also build a support system of people that celebrate your wins to help you stay on track.

Spirited Wellness also works with you on the limiting beliefs holding you back. We help identify your limiting beliefs and work with you to move past them. We work to help you recognize your strengths and use them to achieve your goals.

Meet Your Coach

Christina Averhart

I created Spirited Wellness LLC to create a space for people to explore health, wellness, and self-care. I offer one-on-one health coaching sessions, as well as massage therapy and yoga classes. The focus of my business is to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to reach their individual health goals. I also provide consultations in nutrition and herbalism to help my clients find the best path to their desired health.

My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their own health and wellness in a holistic and sustainable way. I believe in the power of self-care and in the joy of living a healthy lifestyle. I strive to educate and inspire my clients to reach their health goals and live their best lives.
